Legal basis and retention
Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, art. 5/2-c (conclusion of a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Request records are kept for the periods required by law after the business relationship ends, then deleted or anonymised.
Who is it shared with?
Only to the extent necessary to deliver the service: notification infrastructure providers (e-mail/SMS services) and the hosting provider.
