Monitored storage, closed with a record
The processed batch stays under supervision until dispatch day.
Risk does not end when processed seed goes into the bag: warehouse humidity and temperature can quietly erode viability. To protect seed viability and moisture balance, lots wait in a climate-controlled, regularly measured warehouse, laid out so they cannot mix.
Dispatch is planned with the customer: the batch leaves in one go or in scheduled stages. The loading record — date, plate, quantity — is the last line that closes the batch.
A batch report comes with delivery: inlet and outlet analyses, loss breakdown, operations performed and recipe in one document.
Measured at inlet
- Warehouse layout plan — batches are physically separated
- Moisture & temperature monitoring — measured regularly, logged
Delivered at outlet
- Loading record — date, plate, quantity — the batch's last line
- Batch report delivered — inlet and outlet analyses in one document
