Customer's recipe, verified uniformity
The recipe is yours; uniformity is our commitment.
The seed owner decides which active ingredient is used: the recipe — product, dose, colour — is taken in writing and added to the batch record. Application runs in a closed circuit with calibrated dosing pumps.
A coating only works if it's uniform: an under-coated kernel is unprotected, an over-coated one risks phytotoxicity. After application a sample is taken from the batch and the result is logged in the report.
Film coating (polymer) reduces dust-off and improves flowability. For customers who want untreated seed the station is skipped entirely; the line-cleaning record wipes any trace of the previous recipe.
