About us
Guided by the understanding that quality seed is the foundation of agricultural production. Diamond Tohumculuk is a toll seed processing and packaging plant: we do not produce or sell seed and we do not recommend varieties — the seed is yours. We make sure the hybrid maize and sunflower seed we process in our modern facilities reaches the farmer's soil with a high germination rate and its genetics preserved.
Our work is to process the seed you produced with your own labour under measurable discipline, from the intake gate to the dispatch ramp — offering agriculture in Türkiye and worldwide a sustainable, productive and reliable processing service.
Tesisimiz Kestel, Bursa. The moment a lot enters the plant it receives a number; from drying to packaging it is tracked under that number at every station. On delivery you receive not just the bags but a report telling the entire story of the lot.
- Toll processing — the seed and the brand are the customer's
- High germination rate, genetics preserved
- Full per-batch traceability
- Delivery with inlet/outlet analysis report
Our Production and Processing Process
A lot arriving from the field passes through complementary stations from intake to dispatch. Every step has a measurement; each measurement is written into the lot record.

The critical link in the supply chain
Maize Drying Unit
These are integrated industrial facilities that bring the moisture of maize harvested from the field at high moisture — typically 20–35% — down to safe levels (13–14%) so it can be stored and marketed safely.
Because high-moisture maize quickly risks moulding, heating and toxin (aflatoxin) formation, drying is a critical link in the maize supply chain.
- Intake and Pre-Cleaning Unit — The section where maize arriving from the field is weighed and cleared of trash, dust, cob residue and foreign matter.
- Drying Columns / Towers — Vertical structures in which maize meets hot air and its moisture is driven off in stages. They come in straight-flow, cross-flow and mixed-flow types.
Harvested seed is passed through advanced optical sorting and screening machines to remove foreign matter.
Seed is graded by size and given a protective coating against diseases and pests during germination.
Seed is kept in climate-controlled warehouses to protect its viability and moisture balance, and packaged to standard.
From intake to dispatch, every station, every operator and every measurement is recorded under the same lot number and handed over as a report on delivery.
What Stands Out in Our Maize and Sunflower Seed
After gravity separation and precision screening, the kernels left in the lot are the ones expected to emerge in the field. The germination figure is stated in the lot report.
In hybrid maize and sunflower, genetics reach the field intact only through temperature discipline and strict separation at every processing step.
Kernels graded by length and thickness singulate properly in a pneumatic planter; sowing accuracy is set in the screening room.
The protective coating against diseases and pests during germination is applied to an approved recipe with verified uniformity.
How we work
The quote rests on the inlet analysis, the delivery on the outlet analysis; numbers talk, not hunches.
The line is emptied at every batch change and a cleaning record is kept. Your seed stays only your seed.
The screened-out quantity is weighed and gets its own line in the report; no fraction quietly disappears.
Treatment and packaging decisions are yours; we commit to application quality.
